To work for promotion of self-sufficiency and improvement of the financial conditions in the poorest rural areas in developing countries by providing help to self-help actvities.
To initiate agriculture and food projects in developing countries.
To support social and environmental sustainable development among the target groups.
To follow the principle of “help to self-help ” which will be implemented by building the capacity of targeted partners such as agricultural schools and local farmers’ associations.

ADDA wants to contribute to the improvement of self-sufficiency of the poorest sections of Southeast Asia and Africa and disseminate knowledge in Denmark on living conditions in those regions and other developing countries through lectures, articles, pamphlets and educational materials. ADDA‘s activities are based on the principle of “help to self-help”, therefore we work with local organizations in the countries where projects are implemented. See more in ADDA’s statutes.
